1} You must be at least 18 years old to order any commission from me.2a} I will give updates at each stage but it is OK to ask for more frequent updates.
2b} Please remember that I am a full-time college student and a part-time employee,
I may not be able to spend more than a few hours per day on your order.
2c} Feel free to request changes, remind me if I forget something,
or even point out if I've made a mistake!3a} You may post the finished art anywhere,
as long as my signature is intact and credit is given.
3b} "Anywhere" does not include use for AI or NFTs.4a} Payment must be sent in full upfront before I begin drawing.
Do not send the payment until I tell you I have reached your slot.
4b} We may negotiate a payment plan for orders totalling $100 or more.5a} If I can't finish your order, I'll refund half of your payment and
send you the most polished version of the drawing I have at that time.
{e.g. can't finish rendering = you get the flat colour}
5b.1} If you cancel the commission in the middle of the process,
you will be refunded half of your payment and receive no image.
5b.2} If you do not respond to an update within 3 weeks,
I will assume the commission is abandoned
and proceed with 5b.1's policy.
5c} If I get to your slot in the queue and you decide you
don't want a commission after all, let me know, it's perfectly fine!
There is no fee for cancellation prior to starting the process.6} Orders are not accepted on a first-come-first-serve basis.
I will choose which orders I want to accept and which ones I want to decline.7} I do not currently take commercial commissions.
All commissions are to be for personal use only and not for profit.8a} I reserve the right to decline your order for any reason.
8b} I reserve the right to terminate your order at any time without refund if you are excessively rude or inappropriate towards me or if I discover that you have violated any of my listed terms.
